This week you'll find hand-tied flower bouquets filled with sunflowers, cosmos, zinnias, and other seasonal blooms, along with French fingerling potatoes, green beans, pickling cucumbers, zucchini, jalapeños, Hungarian Hot Wax peppers, bell peppers, and Sugar Rush Peach peppers. Honeydew Farm began with a dream of living close to the land-and each other. Founded by Alex and Amber, two nature lovers with a shared passion for gardening, the farm is a tribute to sustainability, simplicity, and the joy of feeding our local community.
What started as a desire for self-sufficiency grew into a small farm with deep roots in Minnesota soil. Today, Honeydew grows nutrient-rich vegetables, vibrant cut flowers, and heirloom plant starts - all with organic practices and plenty of heart.
