Honeydew Farm was born out of our desire to live in the country. Our shared love of gardening, growing organic produce, and our passion for food—and sharing it with others—led us here. Honeydew is our dream of self-sufficiency, grown just big enough to serve our local community.

Our love of the natural world keeps us inspired season after season. At Honeydew, our goal is simple: to grow nutrient-dense, high-quality produce and flowers using sustainable practices that keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. Local food matters—and we believe it should be grown with care.

We’re Alex and Amber—partners in life and in farming.

After years of dreaming, we found a way to grow food not just for ourselves, but for our neighbors too. What started with a backyard garden has grown into Honeydew Farm: a place where we dig in, get our hands dirty, and try to do a little better every season.

We believe in good food, good dirt, and the power of small farms to make a big impact.

OUR APPROACH

At Honeydew, we focus on what feels right for the land and the people we serve.

We use organic practices—no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides—and lean on compost, crop rotation, and hand-tending to keep our soil healthy and productive. Each seed is chosen with intention. Every product we offer is harvested at peak freshness, packed with nutrients, and grown with the kind of care you can taste.

We’re a small team, which means you’ll often see us at the market ourselves, answering questions and sharing what's in season. Whether you’re buying a bunch of flowers or a bulk order of pickling cucumbers, we want you to feel good about where your food comes from.
